Kinematifest Interactive

The study of Interactive Digital Media involves planning, designing and producing applications ranging from web sites to kiosks to phone apps.  We are visual communicators who facilitate the communication between human and device through our graphic design and programing skills.  Animated content is frequently integrated within interactive digital media to help achieve the desired communication goals.

Our Interactive Speaker for this Year is Matt Rathiel of St. Louis’s own Graphite Labs.

Matt is a game developer, web developer and artist living in St. Louis, MO. He has developed games for Facebook, iPhone/iPad, Nintendo Wii/DS, as well as big name companies like Disney, Konami, and Activision – just to name a few. Graduating in 2004 from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Arts, he moved onto working for Missouri Fine Arts Academy before joining Black Lantern Studios. Under Black Lantern Studios he helped create Graphite Labs where they are currently creating their latest game, Hive Jump.
